Ingredients
Purified water, propylene glycol, cetearyl acolhol, dicetyldimonium cholride, panthenol, cetomacrogol 1000, PEG-150 disterate, phenethyl alcohol, fragrance.
Directions
After using Sebitar, massage Sebirinse through hair. Leave on for approximately 2 minutes. Rinse.
