Ingredients
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1 g (1000 mg) Rosa canina (Rose Hip) extract equivalent to dry fruit 500 mg
Directions
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. At the onset of cold symptoms the dose may be increased to 3 tablets daily.
