Directions
DIRECTIONS FOR USE - ADULT DOSAGE:
One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Alternatively, dissolve one tablet in 250 mL of warm water or milk of your choice: stir and consume as a delicious turmeric tea or latte. Once dissolved, consume immediately.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
