Nature's Way Magnesium Gel contains elemental magnesium (180mg per 5g) with the addition of traditional herb Arnica in a fast absorbing gel, easy-to-apply throughout the day, post workout and before bed.
Arnica is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve:• Muscle aches & pains.
• Symptoms of muscle sprains & strains.
• Mild muscle inflammation.
• Bruise pain and swelling.

Directions
APPLICATION SUGGESTION:
