Twist or cut off the tail and squeeze into your child's mouth or onto food Children 4-11 years: 1-2 soft capsules per day, recommended under adult supervision. The entire capsule is chewable and suitable to be eaten. Or as directed by your health professional. Vitamin A supplements should not be take during pregnancy or before becoming pregnant without consulting your doctor. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
