Herbs of Gold Organic Iron MAX is a one-a-day capsule containing 24mg of iron to help prevent dietary iron deficiency. Organic Iron MAX contains iron as Ferrochel™ (ferrous bisglycinate), an organic form of iron that is highly bioavailable and gentle on the digestive system. Organic Iron MAX has been reformulated to contain the activated forms of folic acid, as Quatrefolic®, and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
