Faulding® Silica One-A-Day tablets contain Silicon, which plays a role in the formation, growth and development of bone and connective tissue and supports the proper mineralization of bones and teeth. It also contains nutrients that support healthy skin, and biotin which may assist with splitting, or brittle nails, and maintains healthy nails. Faulding® Silica One-A-Day tablets also contains nutrients that support the health and function of the immune system and Selenium, which supports the health of the liver. Faulding® Silica One-A-Day tablets contains nutrients that are involved in antioxidant processes and may therefore assist in protecting the body from the damaging effects of free radicals.
Directions for use:
Adults, take 1 capsule daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.

- Silica - colloidal anhydrous 557 mg
- Equiv Silicon 260.4 mg
- Biotin 2.5 mg
- Zinc citrate dihydrate 76.68 mg
- Equiv Zinc 24 mg
- Selenomethionine 250 mcg
- Equiv Selenium 100 mcg

CONTAINS:
This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
