Ingredients
Each 8.7 g dose contains:
Magnesium amino acid chelate
(Meta Mag® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3.0 g
Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300 mg
Taurine 3.0 g
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 300 mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate 290 mg
Equiv. elemental Calcium 68 mg
Potassium phosphate – monobasic 182 mg
Equiv. elemental Potassium 52 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg
Directions
Adults: For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 mL of water once daily.
