Systane (a trademark of Novartis) Balance Lubricating Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing Polyethylene Glycol, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Mineral oil, Dimyristoyl Phosphatidylglycerol, Polyoxyl 40 Stearate, Sorbitan Tristearate, Boric Acid, Sorbitol, Edetate Disodium, and Polyquad (a trademark of Novartis) (Polyquaternium-1) 0.001% Preservative.
Contains: Propylene Glycol 0.6% w/v, Dimyristoyl Phosphatidylglycerol 0.005%.
Directions
May be used as needed throughout the day. May be used to treat dry eye associated with contact lens usage by instilling drops prior to inserting contact lenses and after the removal of contact lenses. Shake well before using. Tap on base of bottle to instill drops on the eye and blink.
