FIT GUIDE

Open all hook closures on the waistband, so they are no longer connected.

Insert both arms through the shoulder straps as shown.

Close the wider waistband section comfortably around your waist.

Adjust the buckles behind your armpits, so there is good tension pulling your shoulder backward. Make sure you are comfortable with the level of pressure set. If for any reason it seems too tight, simply loosen the buckles.

Once you feel the level of tension is perfect, re-adjust the wide waistband and close the 2 most narrow waist straps over the waist area.

We recommend you wear the brace for between 10 and 20 minutes in the first few days. Then slowly add more time every day until your back and shoulder muscle memory slowly adjusts to the new posture setting.
