Atrauman® Ag contains polyamide tulle dressing which is chemically coated with metallic silver and impregnated with the non petroleum triglyceride based ointment.
In contact with wound exudate, silver ions are activated and provide an antimicrobial barrier, which is useful for managing contaminated or colonised wounds.
