Indication
Vitamin D is essential for effective calcium absorption, required for healthy bones and teeth. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis later in life.
Vitamin D helps maintain muscle strength, which may reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly.
Ostelin contains Vitamin D3 which is the form that is produced naturally in the body.
Dosage/Direction
1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
25mch ergocalciferol (equivalent to Vitamin D2 1000IU).
Free from gluten, sugar, starch, lactose, yeast and artificial flavours.
