Directions

HOW: Add 60g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 500mL of Full Cream Milk or to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

WHEN:
POST-TRAINING: Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Maximum one-day intake: 1 serve.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Discard contents 3 months after opening.
