Brewing directions
In general, herbal beverages can be brewed in a pot, in the same manner as ordinary tea. However, to obtain the full benefit and flavour, it is suggested the tea be allowed to stand for 10 to 15 minutes depending on strength required. Lemon and honey may be added as desired.
