Suitable for adults and children over 2 years of age, it can be applied to the chest and throat, or used in a steaming water method as outlined on the pack. Its familiar mentholated formula creates a comforting vapour sensation and offers a practical addition to your nighttime or day-to-day routine. Always follow the directions on the label, keep clothing loose to allow vapours to rise, and store below 30°C. This product is for external use only and should not be used in children under 2 years unless directed by a physician.
