How to wear:

• With the leg straight, position the support so the patella cut-out sits over the kneecap and the sew-in label is at the top.
• Wrap the single strap behind the knee and fasten next to the patella cut-out.

• Wrap the upper of the two straps behind the lower hamstring and fasten above the kneecap.
• Re-adjust the middle strap tension as needed for comfort.
