Usage directions

• Remove the arm sling from the pack and lay it out flat with the fixed loop at the same end as the elbow.
• Bend the arm and place it into the fixed loop until the loop reaches the elbow.
• Pass the tail of the sling behind the back and over the opposite shoulder, then down to and around the wrist.
• Adjust the sling so the arm sits approximately parallel with the ground, then secure with the safety pin through the double thickness just above the wrist.
• Make any minor adjustments to the height and angle for comfort.

Cleaning instructions

Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse well, and dry flat away from direct sunlight.
