Spectrum Herbal Cold & Flu Relief contains Echinacea, traditionally used to manage and relief cold and flu symptoms and helps fight mild upper respiratory complaints. It may reduce the severity as well as the duration of colds. Echinacea if taken during cold and flu season, can reduce the risk or prevent of catching the cold or flu.

Also Contains: Rosehip, Elder Flowers, Fenugreek, Horehound, Yarrow, Dandelion, Cayenne, Garlic, Ethanol, Purified Water.

Take 1 ml (20 drops) in liquid such as water or juice every 4 hours.
