To use, ensure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before insertion. Remove the plastic backing and identify the left (L) and right (R) insole markings. Place the insole sticky side down into the front of the shoe, making sure the raised area begins at the start of the shoe’s slope, under the ball of the foot. Replace after 6 months or at the first sign of wear. To remove, pull slowly and gently from the shoe.
