• One sachet per day for adults; up to two sachets per day may be taken
• Can be mixed into water, milk, smoothies, yoghurt or sprinkled on cereal
• If taking prescribed antibiotics, take two sachets per day, 2–3 hours before or after the antibiotic dose
• Continue the antibiotic dosage for 5 days after the course is completed, then return to one sachet daily
• No refrigeration required; store below 25°C
