Use & Dosage

Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using. Check your size on the sizing guide on the back of the packaging. If between sizes, select the larger size. Reach over your head and gently pull your ear upwards, then insert the earplug using a gentle rocking motion. Do not push any further than the third flange. If the earplug feels loose or does not provide a noticeable reduction in sound, check the fit or select a larger size. If it does not insert beyond the first flange, select a smaller size. To check effectiveness, cup your hands over your ears and move them outwards; if a noticeable change in sound occurs, check that the earplugs are properly inserted.
