Ingredients

• Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed powder 300mg
• Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb powder 150mg

Adults: Take two to three capsules twice daily with a large glass of water (250ml), or as professionally prescribed. Not recommended during pregnancy due to potential emmenagogue properties of blessed thistle. Odour of fenugreek may be detected in breast milk if the recommended dosage is exceeded.
