The breathable backing allows air to pass through, letting the skin breathe, while the water-repellent surface helps keep dirt, water and debris away from the area surrounding the wound. Gentle on normal, intact skin, this tape is intended for short-term use and tears easily by hand without the need for scissors, making it quick and convenient to use at home or when out and about. The spool and snapring are made with an antimicrobial material to help reduce the risk of cross contamination. Each box contains one 1.25cm x 500cm roll.
