Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Natural fish oil 1 g
• Delivering omega-3 marine triglycerides 300 mg
• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg

For supplementation: Take 1 capsule three times daily. For arthritis: Take up to 4 capsules, three times daily. For cholesterol/triglycerides: Take up to 5 capsules, three times daily.
