Each 8.7 g dose contains:

  • Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag® - magnesium diglycinate) 3 g, equivalent to magnesium 300 mg
  • Taurine 3 g
  • Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 300 mg
  • Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 290 mg, equivalent to calcium 68 mg
  • Monobasic potassium phosphate 182 mg, equivalent to potassium 52 mg
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 50 mg, equivalent to pyridoxine 41.1 mg
