Follow the directions for use. Open all closures and place support over the knee with the smooth side facing the skin and the single strap on the outside of the leg. Position the hole over the kneecap, then wrap the middle strap under the knee and attach the fasteners. Wrap the remaining two straps under the knee and secure them. Adjust fasteners for a snug, firm fit.
