How to use: Shave the area at least one day prior and remove all body oil. Always strap the joint at rest, apply pre-cut strips over the joint and flex the joint as you tape for good tension. Overlap layers by half the width of the tape, and never apply so tight that you feel numbness or tingling; if you do, remove and re-apply with less pressure. Remove the tape as soon as possible after use with bandage scissors, peeling gently and slowly.
