Adult: Take 3 capsules, 2 times daily one hour away from food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin). If taking antibiotics, allow at least 90 minutes before taking this formula. Contains Glycyrrhiza, which potentiates prednisone and corticosteroids by prolonging steroid biological half-life; caution in patients with hypertension. Do not take during an episode of the common cold or 'flu.
