Directions for use: Apply over joints such as ankles, wrists, elbows, shoulders, fingers or toes, strapping the joint at rest. Overlap layers by half the width of the tape. Compression should be firm but not restrictive; remove and reapply with less pressure if numbness or tingling occurs. Remove gently after use and do not leave on the skin for extended periods.

Warnings: If pain increases or persists, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not apply over open wounds or if prone to dermatitis.
