Directions for Use

Cold use: Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Apply to the desired area for 15 to 20 minutes as required.

Hot water method: Boil 4 to 5 litres of water, remove from heat, then immerse the pack and leave for 10 minutes. Remove and wrap in a towel before applying.

Microwave method: Heat for 20 seconds, then check temperature carefully. If additional warming is needed, continue in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
