Product Information
Traditionally used in homoeopathic medicine to help relieve aches and pains of bruising and minor injuries after knocks and falls, and soreness after overexertion, for example after exercise.
Ingredients
Arnica montana 30c, 32µL/1g.
Contains lactose and sugars.
Directions for Use
Adult/Children: Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth four times daily, at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed.
In acute cases repeat 1/4 to 1/2 hourly for up to 6 doses. Reduce the frequency of doses and then stop taking the remedy as relief is obtained.
Store below 30ºC, away from direct sunlight and strong smelling substances.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
