Ingredients

Each 1mL contains:

• Lavandula angustifolia herb top flowering essential oil 333.32 μL
• Mentha x piperita leaf essential oil 333.34 μL
• Zingiber officinale rhizome essential oil 333.34 μL

Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding the other nostril closed. Repeat every 2–3 hours should you require.
