Use & Dosage

Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to use. Check your size on the sizing guide on the back of the packaging and select the larger size if you are between sizes. With your opposite hand, reach over your head and pull your ear upwards, then hold the earplug from its end and insert using a gentle rocking motion. Do not push further than the third flange. If the earplug feels loose or does not noticeably reduce noise, check insertion or choose a larger size. If it does not insert beyond the first flange, choose a smaller size. For best results, insert before take-off and remove after landing when the cabin door has been opened. If removing during flight, do so when maximum altitude has been reached and reinsert 1 hour prior to landing.
