Omron HEM7361T Advanced + AFIB Blood Pressure Monitor is designed for convenient at-home blood pressure monitoring with a range of user-friendly features to support routine measurement. Suitable for dual users, it offers separate memory storage and Bluetooth connectivity for compatible iPhone and Android devices through the OMRON connect app, making it easier to review and manage readings over time. Directions: Avoid bathing, drinking alcohol or caffeine, smoking, exercising, and eating for 30 minutes before measurement. Rest for at least 5 minutes beforehand. Sit upright with legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor, with your back and arm supported. Remove tight-fitting clothing from your arm and place the cuff on the upper arm as directed. Keep still and do not talk during the reading. Press the START/STOP button and allow the device to complete the measurement. If using Bluetooth, sync the device to your smartphone.
