Ingredients

100% Medium Chain Triglycerides from coconut oil from organic coconuts. Caprylic acid (C8) 40%, capric acid (C10) 30% and lauric acid (C12) 30%.

Serving suggestion: Start with 1-2 teaspoon per day. After one week slowly increase dosage by 1-2 teaspoon per day. Do not exceed maximum of 2 tablespoons per dosage.
