Wash and dry your feet before applying the patches
Apply the patches 1 hour before bed time
Peel off the backing on the adhesive
Apply the foot patch to the centre of the foot
You can use the detox patches on other discomforted areas of the body also.
Keep the patches on for 6-8 hours while you sleep
Peel off the patch after use and discard, wash the dirty area well and dry
Used patches will appear dark greenish or grey as they absorb toxins from your body.
Continue to use each night until the discolouration of the pads subsides or for 5 days minimum
