Directions For Use

1. Open the hook and loop strap and place the support so it comfortably rests under the arch of the foot.
2. Secure on the top of the foot with the hook tab and gently adjust for a personalised fit.
3. Match the foot symbol on the strap to the foot symbol on the insert.
