Emla 5% Cream 30g

Emla 5% Cream 30g is a topical anaesthetic cream designed for use on the skin before a range of minor procedures. Suitable for application to intact skin and, as directed by a healthcare professional, for use on leg ulcers, it is formulated to be applied under an occlusive dressing to support convenient, targeted use. Emla 5% Cream 30g contains two active ingredients and is intended to be used externally only. Always follow the directions on the pack and the advice of your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This product may be suitable for procedures such as needle puncture, IV catheter insertion, blood sampling and minor skin procedures when used as directed. For best results, apply only to the recommended area, avoid spreading the cream unnecessarily, and remove it according to the supplied instructions before the procedure.
