This blend combines Lavender, Sandalwood, Sweet Orange, Petitgrain, and Roman Chamomile which may naturally help calm the nervous system and help promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep.

• Ingredients: Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Sweet Orange) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Leaf/Twig Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Organic Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil, Santalum Spicata (Organic Australian Sandalwood) Oil.
• Direction for use : 

Mist Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to the water chamber.

Vapouriser: Add 8-10 drops to the heated recessed bowl.

Topically: Use 2.5% dilution in carrier oil.
