Apohealth Childrens Paracetamol 1 Month - 2 Years 20ml

Cherry and vanilla flavoured APOHEALTH children’s paracetamol 1 month to 2 years provides temporary effective relief from fever & other minor pains in children. It is given to babies over the age of 1month. Apohealth works in the same way as Panadol infant drops. It can be used for pain caused by teething, earaches, headaches, cold & flu and immunisation.

Usage Directions:

Use strictly as directed.Shake thoroughly before use. Check markings on syringe before use.

For safety, child resistant cap fitted. Please ensure the child-resistant cap is engaged by tightening the cap and then turning it backwards until a clicking sound is heard. To remove cap, hold down firmly while turning anti-clockwise.

Can be mixed with water or fruit juice. Rinse syringe after each use. Keep syringe out of reach of children and discard after bottle is finished.

Dosage instructions

Give the correct dose every 4 – 6 hours as necessary

(maximum 4 times within 24 hours).

Do not administer for longer than 48 hours at a time, or exceed the recommended dose without doctor's advice.

This preparation contains 100 mg of paracetamol in 1 mL. If your child weighs more than 12 kg, dose at 15 mg of paracetamol (0.15 mL by syringe) per kg of body weight. If you know that your child’s weight is less than the weight corresponding to their age in the table, choose the dose for their weight.

1 – 3 months (4 - 6 kg): 0.6 – 0.9 mL

3 – 6 months (6 – 8 kg): 0.9 – 1.2 mL

6 – 12 months (8 – 10 kg): 1.2 – 1.5 mL

1 – 2 years (10 – 12 kg): 1.5 – 1.8 mL

Warnings

Do not administer with other products containing paracetamol, unless advised to do so by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not give to children under 1 month.

Give to children under 6 months only on medical advice, and children aged 6 months to 2 years only on health care professional advice.

Safety sealed. On first opening, do not use if seal around cap is broken or missing.
