Active ingredients per chewable tablet:
Ascorbic acid 180 mg.
Sodium ascorbate (vitamin C) 360 mg.
Total vitamin C 500 mg.
Contains milk and milk products, lactose, sodium, salts, and sugars.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1-2 tablets daily.
Children 4-11 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet daily.
For colds at onset of symptoms (in adults): Chew 2 tablets each hour for the first 6 hours - do not exceed 12 tablets on the first day. On the second day, chew 2 tablets 3 times every day until symptoms subside, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Drink plenty of water.
Contains lactose and sugars.
If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not to be taken by children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
