Ares Kinesiology Tape is designed to be the same thickness and elasticity of the skin. The thickness of Ares Kinesiology Tape is approximately the same as the epidermis (outer layer) of the skin. How to use

1. Clean the skin of the affected region thoroughly before taping.
2. Remove the backing by either:

a) Place the tip of your thumb on the top edge of tape, and then roll your thumb back along and towards your body.
b) Twist the kinesiology tape in order to create a tear in the backing strip.

3. Stretch the skin and muscle of the affected area before applying the tape.
4. When the length of the tape is measured cut the tape after extending the muscle to which you are about to apply the tape.

After taping, there should be wrinkles when the body returns to a normal position

If the tape is wet after a bath or shower, dry the tape using fans

Remove tape immediately if any irritation or itching occurs
